1. Ask your childcare centre director for your centre NurseryCam ID number (NurseryCam will not disclose this information).

2. Using this centre ID number, register your account through our Member registration page.

3. You will need to provide information for the centre director to verify your identity.

4. Your application will then be sent electronically to your centre director for approval.  In most cases, it should take no more than 3 days for your childcare centre to approve your application.  They will notify you by email once your application is successful.

5. You can then login using your exclusive parent ID and password via our home page (www.nurserycam.co.uk).

To apply for accounts for other members of the family, log into the members’ area and click “Add new user”. Then grandparents can start to see their grandchildren everyday! Please note, we restrict viewing account access to parents and grandparents only (please check with your nursery for more details)
