Exclusive access:

• every parent needs to go through our strict application process before obtaining their unique password accounts. Your nursery will only approve your account application when they are satisfied that YOU are truly you.

• your nursery will control your viewing access to only the room(s) your child is in, for eg. bear room and garden.

• your nursery will control your viewing access to only the time your child attends the nursery, for eg. Monday and Wednesday afternoons only.

• when a child is not attending the nursery for a short period, for eg. holiday or illness, all viewing accounts associated with the child will be barred by the nursery for that period

• when a child leaves the nursery, all viewing accounts associated with the child will be deleted by the nursery immediately.

Login controls:

• Our patent-pending login system allows parents to see their last twenty logins information detailing login status, location, source and network. It allows parents to do some of the security checks. If there is any suspicious activity happened to your account, this feature allows you to spot it immediately. You may then change your password or have your account completely deleted and re-apply for a new one.

• To prohibit unauthorised access to NurseryCam from an unattended logged on computer, your account automatically stops image updates after 5 minutes and has timed log-outs after 15 minutes of inactivity.
